Job summary We are looking for a candidate to join the NHS legal service as an Administrator. The successful candidate will support the Inquest Team and Inquest Team Leader with operational management of the team including administration, diary management, setting up client and witness meetings, billing, electronic filing and file opening, closing and archiving. The role also involves liaising with Court staff, barristers chambers and clients via email and by telephone. Main duties of the job o To provide comprehensive administrative support to all staff within NWSSP Legal & Risk Services.o To adopt a flexible approach and to work unsupervised daily. The supervisor/manager is available for reference, as required.o The post holder is responsible for prioritising own workload, using initiative as to what is routine and what is urgent. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
