Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our pupils have a safe, nourishing and welcoming lunchtime experience. This role will predominantly require supervision of the children in the playground and in and around the play zones during the lunchtime period; flexibility to support in other lunchtime roles will be required (such as in the dining hall). This is an ideal role for those with experience of being around children either professionally or personally such as parent, guardian or family member. As a Midday time Supervisor, you will: Lead and supervise play: Organise engaging activities for children aged 3-11. Promote positive behaviour: Encourage respectful and appropriate behaviour during lunchtime. Ensure safety and well-being: Monitor children's safety and well-being in the playground and dining hall. Foster social skills: Help children develop problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
