As Business Development Executive, you will help to drive Grayce’s growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the New Business team, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning, creation, and execution of lead generation strategies.

Collaboration: Working across the Marketing and New Business sales team, your role will tie these two departments together, bringing seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target clients. Assess the needs and fit of potential clients to determine potential fit.
2. Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email and LinkedIn.
3. Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant information, addressing queries, and building trust.
4. Targets: Achieve monthly targets, developed and set together with CRO and Marketing Director (KPIs).
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the new business and marketing team to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
6. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in Salesforce.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the Marketing and new business Team. Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
8. Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships within the wider team, internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support lead generation activity.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. 2+ years in a business development role and demonstrable evidence of outreach success
2. Experience using a Salesforce or similar CRM
3. Adept at MS suite, particularly Excel
Salary and Benefits:
1. £35-45k DOE plus on target earnings
2. 25 days of annual leave increasing with every year of service, capped at 30 days
3. Office attendance: On average 3 days in office or client site – weekly
