Purpose of the role:

The role holder will provide commercial, technical, and financial expertise to support Canada Life in delivering Corporate Development priorities, including M&A strategy.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Evaluating market developments, opportunities and strategic initiatives using financial and non-financial metrics and analysis;
2. Articulating an estimated valuation for the UK division and developing robust financial rationales for how strategic decisions can impact valuation and shareholder returns;
