About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in the North Thames region. As a key member of our Construction Services department, you will be responsible for providing HSE support to multiple sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site inspections and support visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide technical and HSE support to site management teams
• Undertake targeted monthly checks to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Attend monthly meetings with site management teams to discuss progress and provide guidance
• Support our Client Regional HSE Advisor in delivering HSE services to our clients
• Identify and implement practical solutions to issues arising on site
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with site management teams and other stakeholders
Requirements:
• UK-based construction or house building experience
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
• 5 years' experience in a similar role (desirable)
• Availability to start immediately
• UK driving licence
