Project Manager
Initial 10 Month Contract
Full time on site - Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria
£52.78 Per Hour (Umbrella Rate - Inside IR35)
The Role
1. Undertake routine collation of training requirements for each area.
2. Undertake non-routine and complex Quality training/development activities and tasks in their related area with minimal support.
3. Access, understand, and develop the local Management System documentation (e.g., policies, procedures, workmanship standards, risk assessments, and processes) in their related area.
4. Responsible for leading internal audits and supporting supplier audits.
5. Support the management of training budgets and requests with key stakeholders and process owners.
6. Analyze data effectively resulting in themes and corrective actions regarding training wastage.
7. Contribute in working groups ensuring deliverables are achieved and Learning from Experience (LfE) is captured and applied.
8. Support requirements relating to certification activities.
9. Capable of leading and driving a scope of work.
The Candidate
1. Knowledge of maintaining a training plan.
2. Understanding of Quality Qualification requirements.
3. Knowledge of product safety.
4. Understanding the importance of cross-functional integration.
