Marketing Manager Overview We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital sales and marketing strategies across multiple international markets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a high-impact digital sales and marketing strategy to drive lead generation, business growth, and new revenue streams. Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team across multiple international locations, modernising sales techniques and digital marketing efforts. Oversee digital sales funnel management, CRM optimisation, and performance reporting in collaboration with senior leadership. Drive digital marketing campaigns, website content, and SEO/PPC strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Manage budgets, optimise Google Ads, and ensure all marketing efforts deliver measurable commercial value. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, media, and online suppliers to boost brand exposure and lead generation. Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, email campaigns, and customer case studies. Work with external PR agencies to launch press releases and contribute to relevant industry publications. Manage social media channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing and digital lead generation leadership, preferably within telecoms, technology, or IoT industries. Strong digital marketing expertise, including Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and content strategy. Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM management (Hubspot preferable), performance reporting, and sales funnel optimisation. Ability to lead and inspire a diverse, international team to achieve ambitious growth targets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and experience working with senior leadership.
