Job Title: Credit Controller
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our accounts and finance team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the credit control process, including sending invoices, following up on payments, and resolving any disputes.
* Monitor and analyze customer payment trends to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
* Provide regular credit control reports to management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Previous experience in a credit control or similar role.
