We are currently seeking experienced tutors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a high level of experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be willing to work around 10-15 hours per week on a part-time basis. The role requires patience and a focus on delivering tuition in maths, English, and science subjects.
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored educational support to students with SEN in maths, English, and science subjects
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
* A relevant qualification in education or a related field
* Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
* A degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
* Strong knowledge of the UK education system
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in using assistive technology in teaching
* Experience working with students with specific learning difficulties
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, around 10-15 hours per week
* Temporary position with the possibility of extension
* Flexible schedule based on student availability
