Hopscotch Care is looking to recruit a confident Team Leader who is an experienced leader for one of our homes. You will be able to support the management team by providing guidance and instruction to a small staff team who look after young people from the age of 8-18. This is a rewarding environment, and we seek someone who is hardworking, organised, and understands the needs of young people in our care. You should be able to coordinate a variable workload with the ability to prioritise and deliver all requirements of the job description. You will be required to work shifts and be involved in an on-call rota.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Assist the manager and deputy in the running of the home.
2. Support the staff and young people.
3. Be competent at all aspects of paperwork.
4. Be confident in dealing with external agencies.
5. Organise staffing levels as required.
Role Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential child care (preferred).
2. Looking to make a difference.
3. Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day period.
4. Driving Licence (preferred).

Pay: £12.10-£13.16 per hour
