Our Wheelchair Service Centre in York is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team and provide support to our Service Users.
At NRS Healthcare Wheelchair Services, we deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of referral, triage, equipment assessment and provision, service & maintenance and recycling for the whole of York and North Yorkshire.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can help us in our mission to improve people’s quality of life every day. We put our wheelchair services users at the heart of everything we do.
You will play a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide. From loading referrals, monitoring and processing a variety of mailboxes, arranging assessments, organising deliveries and collections of equipment managing driver rounds, and completing welfare calls and follow up calls with service users, to answering inbound calls from Service Users, Carers, Therapists and specialist care teams. Your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be busy and varied.
As well as assisting Service Users, you will also liaise with the prescribers, suppliers, both internal and external teams to ensure the service runs smoothly whilst being responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Service users and resolving any issues in an efficient and timely matter.
About you
You must have experience of working in a call centre or experience of working in a busy office taking back to back calls. As a service, we can take in excess of 100 incoming calls a day and each one must be documented.
You must have excellent computer skills and have a strong administration background.
You will have a solid understanding of GDPR Regulations.
You will have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile.
Most importantly, you must have empathy, kindness and compassion for our service users to ensure they receive exceptional customer service.
