Position: Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD Qualified )
Hours: Full time & part time available
Shifts: Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability. You can choose your shifts patterns!
Salary: up to £23.50 per hour / £53,768 per year (based on 44 hours)
Contract: Permanent

Purpose of the role
· To promote professional, clinical, administrative and financial arrangements, training and care planning within the Home.
· Maintain and monitor the health and well-being of the service user group.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for leading a team of nursing staff/care staff to ensure a high standard of care is met.
* Promoting independence and dignity.
* Supporting the delivery of improvements whilst driving quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines.
Completing audits and Nursing Reports
* Supporting the Head of Clinical Lead and Home managers.
* Medication stock counts and ordering of medication.
* Able to liaise and work with multi-professionals to provide person centred care
Staff Management
· Be prepared to be on-call should the need arise; this means being available at the end of a telephone during a specified period of time.
· Be responsible for ensuring all staff on duty are working to a high standard.
· Maintain professional competence in accordance with the NMC codes of conduct and standards.
Managing the Environment
· Maintain Service User Confidentiality at all times.
· Ensure the Home and Service Users belongings are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
· Ensure complete and adequate records are kept when on duty of all accidents, following procedure, and communicate their outcomes and reviews effectively.
· To be fully aware of all policies and procedures within the Home and ensure their implementation.
