Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support junior members of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
* Deliver high-quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence-based, and appropriate.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration as a Senior Operating Department Practitioner.
* Post-registration experience in a theatre environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail.
