Passion paired with unparalleled industry insight mean we’re always moving forward, collaborating with our customers to understand their needs and support their growth. We are one of the UK’s largest drinks wholesalers, supplying thousands of venues across the UK, from luxury hotels to community pubs, with over 200 years of industry experience.
About the Role
This role involves managing retrospective billing and payments, updating systems, making retro payments, invoicing, and resolving queries using the JD Edwards system. You will also prepare sales reports and handle administrative tasks like month-end accrual journals. Accuracy, organization, and teamwork are essential.
About you
If you are AAT qualified or soon to be, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail, you could be a great fit. We value your talents and offer excellent rewards for your expertise.
What we offer
Competitive salary, 26 days’ holiday (plus options to buy more), pension scheme, bonus scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, and various employee benefits including childcare vouchers, cycle scheme, and more. Our Bristol office features an on-site gym, free parking, and a subsidized restaurant.
About Us
Operating through brands like Matthew Clark, Bibendum, Tennent’s, and Bulmers Ireland, we are a leading drinks company with a broad portfolio, including Irish cider, Scottish beer, and craft beverages. We are committed to sustainability and diversity, supporting our people and the planet, and encouraging applications from all backgrounds.
