Due to a period of exciting growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Valuer to contribute to the team. On offer: Base salary of £25k, OTE £60k A chance to join a dynamic and growing business Full training and long-term development opportunities The role: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Valuer will be responsible for conducting viewings, maintaining relationships and striving to achieve the best result for clients. The successful candidate is tasked with completing property questionnaires, providing feedback to sellers and managing the offer process. The key responsibilities of the role include: Convert sales leads into listing opportunities Create alluring social media contact to attract leads Conduct accurate and thorough property valuations Ensure a seamless handover to the Sales Negotiator after onboarding clients Administrative duties such as updating leads tracker and maintaining internal database Continuously develop sales approach to refine tactics Maintain relationships with clients by regularly checking in Candidate requirements: The business is looking for an individual with experience in a similar role within an estate agency environment.
