Job summary We are seeking to recruit a new receptionist to cover our Radiology department late afternoon/early evening, Monday to Wednesday. The Radiology Receptionist will provide reception cover for a range of imaging modalities within the Radiology department, with a focus on providing excellent patient experience in all interactions. The successful applicant will need to be able to display discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information and be able to deal calmly and politely with staff of all levels and the public both face to face and by telephone. Applicants must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent. Experience of working in a busy reception environment and using computers is essential.
