Your Role
\
We are seeking an experienced Operational Leader to lead our Morrisons equipment management site in Burton Latimer. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the site to continued success.

Key Responsibilities
\
* Effectively coordinate the operation to deliver customer service levels and KPIs within budgeted costs
* Manage a team of Shift Managers, understanding their challenges and successes
* Foster strong working relationships with customers and on-site operational teams
\
Requirements
\
To succeed in this role, you will need:
\
* Previous experience as an Operations Manager or similar level role in a large, fast-paced recycling or warehousing environment
* The ability to lead, develop and mentor a diverse operational team
* Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office packages
