The Role: As a Teacher in this alternative provision, you will: Deliver a broad and engaging curriculum, tailored to meet the individual needs of students. Use creative and flexible teaching methods to support learning and development. Build strong, trusting relationships with students, providing the encouragement and support they need to thrive. Implement effective strategies to manage challenging behaviour and promote a positive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for each student. About You: A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in SEN, alternative provision, or a similar setting. Passionate about making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable students. Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm in challenging situations. Skilled in behaviour management and supporting students with additional needs. A team player who can collaborate with staff and external professionals to enhance student learning. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and proactive educator, capable of adapting lessons to suit individual learning styles and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
