You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centered care that meets individual needs and preferences. Administer medications and carry out clinical procedures safely and accurately. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider care team. Support and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Required Criteria NMC Registration: Active NMC pin as a Registered Nurse. Communication Skills: Numerate and literate with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. IT Proficiency: Competent in using IT and communication systems relevant to the role. Relationship Building: Capable of developing and maintaining professional internal and external relationships based on respect and trust.
