The purpose of the role is to ensure IT Service Analytics Reporting including 3rd party and stakeholder management, adhere to and comply with KPIs and SLAs, as well as driving Continuous Service Improvement initiatives (CSI).
The role holder will develop close collaboration with Service Management Governance Specialist on the construction, implementation and reporting of the IT Service, with specific focus on continuous monitoring, auditing, risk control and regulatory reporting.
The difference you’ll make:
* Being accountable for the day to day management of the IT Operations service delivery framework
* Collaborating with Service Management Governance to effectively measure reporting processes, and their adherence to internal and external statutory requirements including KPI's, OLA's and SLA’s
* Constructing Service Management reviews to improve quality and customer/ colleague satisfaction and to drive Systemic improvement initiatives for IT Operations
* Detecting and summarising patterns in data and findings by producing simple reports
* Ensuring compliance with applicable reporting regulations, standards, and frameworks by assessing and addressing compliance requirements within the organisation risk management processes
* Identifying and evaluating management reporting requirements across the organisation
What you’ll bring:
These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:
* IT technical knowledge/skills and of service management reporting
* Power BI expert with extensive knowledge of how best to utilise the tool
* Deliver executive reports that are suitable for multiple level reporting
* Office suite expert
* Demonstrable knowledge/skills of statutory reporting matrixes and process, to meet both organisation (internal) and external (statutory) requirements
* Relationship building and management skills with both internal and external customers and partners
It would also be nice for you to have:
* Experience within banking or financial institution technology operations
* Undergraduate degree in business, banking or related discipline or relevant work experience supported by a professional certification/licence such as ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), ISO 20000 Service Management Standard or equivalent

This role is based in Milton Keynes.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
