Our home in Symington, South Ayrshire is currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support function. In this role, you will assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services including rota cover, managing petty cash and leading by example for the staff team. As part of this role, you will also be expected to cover our on-call function on a rota basis. Fundamental to your role will be the engagement in, and management of, each child s plan and ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism. The right candidate for the post must have experience in a supervisory role and already be working towards or willing to work towards SVQ 4 in Social Services.
