Churchill Estates Management is offering an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people, with a background in administration and customer service, to join our retirement development as a Lodge Manager. This varied role allows you to make a positive difference daily in the lives of our Home Owners. As a ‘friendly neighbour’, you’ll organise activities, coordinate the development, manage contractors, complete health and safety checks, and more!
Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll oversee property maintenance and deliver first-class service to Owners. You’ll be the trusted, ‘go-to’ person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and Churchill colleagues.
This role is crucial to the success of the Lodge and the enjoyment of Owners, offering great rewards.
About you
Your passion for excellent customer service is essential. With a focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for Owners, you’ll have an outgoing, friendly personality and love working with people. You’ll act with sensitivity and diplomacy, manage safety and security with good judgement, and remain calm under pressure. While engaging frequently with residents, you’ll be comfortable working independently and using your initiative.
You should be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, and experienced with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, to support event organisation and site maintenance.
This position suits individuals with experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health & social care sectors. A successful Lodge Manager enjoys working ‘front of house’ and providing exceptional customer service alongside excellent administrative skills.
