Executive Admin Assistant
Here at Manpower we have an amazing opportunity for some one with a strong admin and co-ordination experience to join our clients wonderful team!
This role will provide general administrative support and co-ordination to the Executive Office
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the department on financial queries related to purchase orders, invoices and goods receipting etc.
2. Diary Management for the Executive Office and Senior Leaders including day to day queries, meeting schedules and availability enquiries
3. Administrative support for Executive Office, including filing and ad-hoc documentation, booking meeting venues etc.
4. Coordination of the production of departmental communications as directed.
5. Processing and tracking of departmental purchase requisitions on behalf of the Executive Office
6. Communication with all areas of the business up to Director level.
Skills & Experience:
7. Highly proficient in the use of Word and PowerPoint, plus competence in the use of other Microsoft Office products
8. An ability to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
9. Ability to deal with all levels of staff to Board Level.
10. Ability to deal with outsourced service providers.
11. A calm and considered manner, able to remain focused and calm under pressure
This role is to start as soon as possible and is on a temporary contract until end of September.
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5pm (Hybrid)
£13.37 per hour
