SF Recruitment are currently working with a leading business in Northampton who are looking to appoint an additional Administrator to join their growing business.
The role:
As an Administrator, you will join a small, friendly and busy operations team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration with accurate data input skills.
The Role:
Be the first contact for all telephone traffic to the office
Manage day to day Field Agents and client queries
Load client instructions onto the system and ensure that they have all the relevant information and documentation attached
To check, quality control, amend, reject and send field agent reports to clients
Ensure all reports satisfy the terms SLA's
Ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation
Fully comply with all company processes and procedures
Liaise with and support the Team Managers and Senior Managers
Ensure complaints are managed in accordance with the process and requirements
The candidate:
Previous experience within an administration and support role
Excellent attention to detail
Prior experience in a clerical role within a busy office with a high turnover of work
Ability to focus on a number of concurrent demands and deal with changing requirements quickly and efficiently
Strong IT proficiency; confident using Microsoft Office
High level of attention to detail
Ability to liaise and communicate across all levels
and be dynamic, a quick learner and self-motivated.
Working hours are 08.30-17.00 with a 1-hour lunch (37.5 hours per week).
Basic salary is up to £25,000 plus benefits such as free parking, Pension, and a generous holiday allowance. Due to the location you need to be able to drive
