As a member of our established Factoring Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and estate maintenance management in communal blocks across communities in the Scottish Borders.
Salary: £22,171 to £24,400 per year
Location: Scottish Borders
Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday
Closing Date: Monday 10 February 2025
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Cleaning and maintaining stairwells in communal blocks
* Litter picking on external communal areas of blocks
* Report repairs in communal areas
* Report concerns within the Neighbourhood to the local Housing Officer
* Promote safe behaviours and take responsibility for ensuring that the Association’s policies and procedures for Health & Safety at Work are observed throughout the organisation.
The Candidate:
* Should have excellent customer care skills
* Be able to work with minimum supervision and to a high standard with great attention to detail
* Be an ambassador for SBHA representing the organisation professionally at all times
* Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a Team
* Have a full and valid UK driving licence and access to own transport
* Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage.
