Your Role:
* Creating a weekly staff rota and re-scheduling where necessary.
* Act as a first point of contact for staff, service users, stakeholders and external queries;
-Answering and directing telephone calls and email enquiries. -Providing general support to visitors and signposting them to the relevant staff member.
* Ensuring relevant others are accurately and timeously informed of all important notifications.
* Assisting in the maintenance of staff and service user records, including recording of contact notes.
* Maintaining a filing system.
* Working collaboratively with the Care Manager, Coordinator, Senior Carers and administrative colleagues.
* Liaising with stakeholders to ensure administrative processes support service delivery
* Providing an on-call service one weekend per month: Friday evening to Monday morning paid at an additional rate.

* The ability to keep your cool under pressure and take a flexible, 'can do' approach.
