About the Role, Duties, and Team:
This role is perfect for a veterinary surgeon who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and is confident with sole charge. You will play a key role in shaping the practice’s future, mentoring colleagues, and working closely with the Practice Manager to oversee daily operations.
This role is suited to someone looking to step up into leadership, with structured support and development available to help you transition smoothly. Whether you’re an experienced lead vet or an ambitious clinician seeking career growth, you’ll have access to training, guidance, and a strong regional support network.
The practice operates with no out-of-hours work and is closed on Sundays, allowing for a great work-life balance. A varied and growing caseload ensures that every day brings new and interesting challenges.
