Head of Conveyancing Role Overview:

It specialises in the financial services and real estate sectors with experience in fast paced bridging transactions and managing complex and high-value property transactions from developments to freehold investments and everything in between, with a strong focus on distressed properties and sales by insolvency office holders and property receivers.

Head of Conveyancing Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing the Conveyancing Department, including overseeing the work of junior lawyers and support staff.
* Developing and implementing the department's strategic plan to achieve growth and success.
* Advising clients on all aspects of conveyancing and managing transactions.
* Handling complex and high-value property transactions, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents.
* Representing clients in negotiations and providing expert support in property-related disputes.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
* Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
* Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
* Mentoring and developing junior lawyers to enhance their skills and career progression.
* Working across a diverse array of property sectors, including developments, hotels, residential properties, mixed-use properties, apartment blocks, buy-to-let portfolios, freehold investments.
Head of Conveyancing Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified solicitor with experience in conveyancing law.
* Experience in handling distressed properties and sales by insolvency office holders and property receivers is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
* Existing Client base preferred but not essential
