Tangent International is seeking a Customer Success Professional to work on a 12-month contract in Reading, UK. Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of retaining and growing customer bases, as well as experience in dealing with billing and contractual matters in a B2B environment.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Managing customer relationships and resolving any issues that may arise;
* Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities to expand our customer base;
* Assisting customers and local teams with billing queries and related activities;
* Actively cooperating with stakeholders and teams across the globe to achieve business objectives;
* Forecasting, executing, and meeting key performance metrics, including customer retention rate, customer satisfaction, and net recurring revenue growth;
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* An excellent understanding of Customer Success and/or Account/Relationship Management, with a proven track record of retaining and growing customer bases;
* Experience in dealing with billing and contractual matters in a B2B environment;
* Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch;
* Previous experience working with SAP, Salesforce, and Gainsight is an advantage;
* Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills;
* A general understanding of IoT products and solutions;
