An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a business that is regarded as the market leader in producing branded promotional clothing and uniforms, using state-of-the-art machinery and software.
Joining the in-house sales and customer service team within the workwear and PPE division, you will ensure that client orders are processed from quote to completion in a seamless and efficient manner, creating a fantastic customer experience along the way. In return, you will receive a salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
1. Being the key contact for clients and handling all types of queries with confidence and excellent customer service.
2. Processing quotation and sales orders using the bespoke computer system, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
3. Building relationships and confidence with your customers through the use of email and telephone.
4. Liaising with purchasing, artwork, and production departments to ensure smooth processing of orders.
5. Managing web chat contacts.
Requirements:
1. Excellent coordination and organisation skills with the ability to work under your own initiative and meet deadlines.
2. A firm understanding of effective customer care processes and their wider impact on business.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
4. Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal skills.
5. Comfortable working with numbers and providing quotations to clients.
6. A can-do attitude, and willingness to work proactively as and when required.
