Dispatch Co-Ordinator
Location: Lisburn
Working hours: 39 hours p/w, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Package: Salary depending on experience, annual leave entitlement 32 days per annum

An established, family-owned group with headquarters in Ireland and the UK. Specialising in the design, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution of a diverse range of high-quality products and brands to a long-standing network of retail and trade customers.
Responsibilities:
* Collect all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from drivers and couriers and upload them to the company's system.
* Be the main contact for the Sales Office and Field Sales team for any dispatch and delivery questions.
* Organise and assign orders for each delivery route to warehouse staff for picking.
* Coordinate with the Field Sales team, delivery drivers, and customers to arrange timely pickups of agreed product returns.
* Gather Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documents for returned items, ensuring the Warehouse Manager can update stock in the system and confirming with the sales office that returns are ready for collection.
* Work closely with the Sales Teams to prepare shipping and freight documents for dispatch.
* Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales or logistics administration.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Strong customer service and organisational skills.
* Ability to handle queries confidently and calmly.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Friendly and professional phone manner.
* Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
* Willingness to learn about our products, systems, and customers.
