Location: North West
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 PA DOE & Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and proactive individual to drive new customer acquisition, build relationships with existing housebuilder customers, and manage the sales cycle from tender to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Development:
• Build and nurture relationships at all levels within regional head offices.
• Develop the territory portfolio with new customer acquisition.
• Work closely with key contacts to create tailored solutions that add value.
• Drive growth in revenue and margin through proactive selling techniques.
Business Planning & Reporting:
• Produce annual sales forecasts and set territory targets.
• Develop a comprehensive business plan to support the sales forecast.
• Create account action plans with clear goals and activity plans.
• Report on activities and objectives via CRM systems and provide monthly updates.
Sales Cycle Management:
• Own the management of enquiries from start to finish, ensuring timely updates and
outcome tracking.
• Provide commercial intelligence on pricing proposals and enquiry outcomes.
