The London office for an International utilities client are seeking an organised Team Assistant to support the Office Manager for 2.5 days per week ideally to start as soon as possible. Hours: Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duties include: Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks Answer incoming calls meet and greet clients Diary and travel arrangements Process invoices and reconcile credit card expenses Oversee office upkeep and maintenance Organise monthly social events and team activities Scan, archive, and manage documents Handle post, book couriers, and manage deliveries Data entry and general office administration Based in Central London Ideal Candidate: Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask Comfortable with basic finance duties (invoices, reconciliations) 3 years minimum in PA/ office administration is required
