About this Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support a range of HR strategy processes and initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating HR portal queries, maintaining accurate pay and grading data, and ensuring the integrity of the council’s role profiles. You will also play a key part in managing HR documentation, digital solutions, and recruitment administration, helping to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the team.
This role offers a varied workload, providing generalist HR support to colleagues and stakeholders while contributing to key projects and policy development. You will research best practices, assist with data collection and benchmarking, and support budget tracking and reporting. Working flexibly across the HR function, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Who We Are Looking For
Whether you have a Level 2 or 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in HR or administration or relevant experience, we want to hear from you. If you’re great at prioritising tasks, handling administrative processes, and using ICT tools, this could be the perfect role for you. You will need strong customer service skills, the ability to engage positively with different stakeholders, and a keen eye for research and detail.
