Time Appointments are recruiting on behalf of a market leading client in Norwich for a Customer Service Administrator. We are looking for a highly driven candidate to join our clients fast-growing business. The successful candidate will play a vital role in a combination of administrative duties and management of their existing customer base. We are looking for someone who can build strong rapport with their clients existing customers. Core Responsibilities: Managing email inboxes Answering incoming telephone calls Liaising with customers and suppliers by email & telephone calls Stock Management High level of customer service Skills & Experience Required: 2 years of experience in administration 2 years of experience in customer service Proficient in Microsoft applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal Confident phone manner This role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
