Purpose of the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic warehouse operations team. You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support for our allocated key accounts. Working hours: Monday to Friday -09:30-17:30 with 1 hour lunch (unpaid) Key Responsibilities: · Deliver high levels of customer service across key accounts. · Manage and coordinate transportation, resolving any issues or delays promptly. · Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely customer documentation. · Respond to customer queries and complaints, escalating when required. · Liaise with hauliers and customers to ensure smooth communication and service. · Present accurate KPI and performance data to management. · Collaborate with internal teams to meet distribution deadlines. · Ensure all customer invoices are accurate and reflect the services provided. · Update and follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). · Continuously look for ways to increase customer satisfaction. Core Requirements: · Clear and respectful communication skills, both written and verbal. · Excellent computer literacy – especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. · Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills. · A professional telephone manner and attention to detail. · Financial awareness to ensure accurate invoicing. · Flexibility with working hours to meet customer and business needs. Experience & Skills: Essential: · Experience in administration and customer service (internal/external customers). · Demonstrated integrity, problem-solving, and efficiency. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Proven track record of achieving targets/KPIs. · Experience in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Desirable: · Previous logistics or warehouse administration experience. · Experience handling customer accounts within a distribution or supply chain setting. Why Join Us?
