* Top Talent Sourcing : Identify and connect with high-calibre candidates, using both digital platforms and referrals.
* Relationship Building : Develop credible relationships with clients and candidates, showcasing your deep sector expertise.
* Team Oversight & Mobilization : Guide the Account Team in smooth mobilization, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
* Client Interaction & Support : Lead business proposal support, project follow-ups, and regular client reviews.
* Data-Driven Reporting : Provide detailed reports on account activity and performance using tailored metrics.
* Budget & Financial Management : Ensure budget alignment and financial objectives for each account.
* Team Leadership : Drive team performance, address challenges, and conduct impactful monthly reviews.
* Motivation & Compliance : Foster team motivation, monitor compliance, and facilitate ongoing training.
* Issue Resolution : Manage escalated client or candidate concerns and implement effective solutions.
