Familiar with Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11, Azure and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on knowledge of server hardware, and RAID systems.
Knowledge of IP Networking – TCP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Specific knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and cloud-based services.
Excellent hardware/software/network troubleshooting skills.
