Description
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will include:
1. Supporting customers with queries.
2. Working with customers over the telephone, providing essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries.
3. Setting up payment plans.
4. Maximizing collections activity.
5. Problem and query resolution.
6. Managing and prioritizing workload.
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
1. Understanding the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism, and effectively using organizational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
2. Ability to work well under pressure.
3. Experience in a customer-focused role is preferable.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong IT skills.
