AVEVA PI Support Manager/ Service Delivery Manager
Location - Aberdeen (Hybrid)

About the job
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our client's team in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers whilst ensuring that customers are supported 24/7, including 3rd party systems in accordance with SLAs.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, you will ensure that software fixes are made available as and when appropriate and have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders, engineers, project managers, and the sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are met in line with all contract expectations.
What we are looking for:
Experience and Knowledge
1. Experience and good knowledge of Aveva PI
2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
3. Good knowledge of Aveva/OSI PI and any applicable 3rd party software.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
5. Good knowledge of Project Planning Tools - e.g. MS Project
6. Previous experience as a Snr Support Engineer, Programme Manager or Service Delivery Manager
7. Previous experience working within Systems Integration
8. Demonstrable experience of successfully leading a team
Skills and Abilities
1. Excellent analytical skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to estimate, plan and manage activities, services, and projects
4. Strong understanding of formal technical documentation
5. Proactive approach to delivery, development, and improvement
6. Excellent knowledge and understanding of Quality Management System procedures - able to support Quality Audits
7. Capable of managing others to achieve successful outcomes as a team
8. Ability to lead and motivate colleagues to drive success
