About the role
Our Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers to drive store success through sales, KPIs, and team development. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team in a passion-driven environment where product knowledge is key. Our customers are outdoor enthusiasts who expect a well-presented store and exceptional customer service. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll share your passion for the outdoors and help others enjoy it too.
About you
We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, exceptional organizational skills, a strong commercial sense, and flair for visual merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential. An enthusiastic, hands-on attitude is a must!
