What will you be doing?
1. Sales - provide information on pricing, facilities, and availability.
2. Proactively engage with customers.
3. Convert enquiries and initiate follow-up procedures to ensure successful conversions.
4. Deliver excellent customer service & build strong relationships with clients.
5. Manage all post-sale requirements and deliver a flawless personalised service.
6. Compile and update risk assessments for all destinations.
A bit about you:
1. Proven success in travel - ideally in an operations/sales role.
2. Exceptional organisational and administration skills.
3. Outstanding customer service skills.
4. Independently motivated but also happy to work within a small team environment.
5. High attention to detail.
6. Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential.
7. Knowledge of Spanish would be advantageous.
8. Experience in social media and website administration would be an advantage (e.g., Canva and WordPress).
9. An interest in sport, especially competitive swimming, would be preferable but not necessary.
