Nurse Associate for Hospice at Home (Band 4)

We are seeking a Nursing Associate (Band 4) with Long Term ventilation interest to join our Hospice team. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, covering 7 days per week, with flexibility to do nights upon discussion.
Main duties of the job
As a hospice at home nursing associate, you will work as part of Rainbows hospice at home team providing clinical care to babies, children, and young people with life-threatening/life-limiting conditions within their own homes, to give parents/carers care and support. The role includes assessment within your scope of practice and providing specific, planned day-to-day care to the babies, children, and young people according to their level of need during Hospice at home sessions.
Job responsibilities
You will need to demonstrate a broad variety of skills and competencies, including:
* Registered Nursing Associate with current NMC registration
* Post-registration experience
* Experience of working with babies/children/young adults within a healthcare, community, or social setting
* Experience with babies, children, young people with complex and/or palliative care needs
