Salary: Up to £44,962.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties Of This Role Include
1. Support the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.
2. Support the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.
3. Provide musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment and treatment in an outpatient setting through face to face and virtual pathways.
4. To accept clinical responsibility for a designated caseload of patients, and to organise this effectively and efficiently, taking into account clinical priorities and use of time.
5. To undertake comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment of patients including those with a variety of simple to complex presentations.
6. To keep up-to-date with clinical protocols, guidelines, pathways and new trends, developments and research for the benefit of clinical practice.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
1. HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
2. Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
3. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
5. Commitment to team working and service improvement.
