Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organised individual with a passion for research to support the safeguarding of research participants within our University Health Board.
Job Description:
The post holder will be involved in ensuring that any research undertaken within the University Health Board safeguards the well-being of research participants, including patients, staff, and control subjects. This will involve supporting participants through the research pathway, in accordance with the research protocol and relevant legislation.
Working as part of a well-established team, the post holder will ensure that any research undertaken within the University Health Board safeguards the well-being of research participants. We require a candidate with excellent communication skills, a keen interest in developing and supporting collaborative commercial and non-commercial research within the University Health Board, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safeguarding the well-being of research participants, including patients, staff, and control subjects
2. Supporting participants through the research pathway, in accordance with the research protocol and relevant legislation
3. Collaborating with the Research and Development Division to meet Welsh Government Key Performance Indicators and Metrics
Requirements:
