Facilities Team Leader
Full time, Permanent
£36,000 per year
Responsible for overseeing daily maintenance, reactive repairs, minor projects, and material procurement at the client's site. Primarily based at a hospital, with occasional support required at other sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining critical hospital systems such as Medical Gas, Ventilation, and Water Hygiene, utilising both standard and specialised tools.
2. Planned maintenance and responding to unplanned events.
3. Reviewing safety documents and issuing Permits-to-Work.
4. Managing small electrical/mechanical works.
5. Coordinating with the TSM on equipment issues.
6. Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
7. Participating in on-call services and liaising with clients.
Minimum Requirements:
A recognised Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship and 2+ years of experience are required for the role.
