We are currently looking to recruit an Advanced Social Work Practitioner for our Sensory Impairment Team.
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operational management of a team of Community Support Workers and Rehabilitation Workers ensuring effective service delivery to the highest professional standard.
You will be required to hold a professional qualification (e.g. degree in Social Work or equivalent) and the corresponding professional registration.
You will have experience of multiagency working and a commitment to building robust partnerships to ensure that the health and wellbeing of children, adults, and older people are paramount to service delivery.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with the drive to deliver excellent services to the residents of Bedford Borough. You will need excellent communication skills as well as a high level of competence in this specialist area.
