As the Client Account Manager at ASK4, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and executing account strategies for a key portfolio of clients. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that not only meet client needs but also uncover new opportunities to enhance relationships and expand our business footprint.
You will act as a trusted partner to clients, providing strategic insights and ensuring long-term value delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations and fostering cross-functional alignment. Your contributions will be critical in achieving revenue targets, enhancing client satisfaction, and maintaining strong retention rates across all core accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor to understand business needs and industry challenges.
* Craft and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, enhance client engagement, and leverage opportunities for cross-selling and upselling ASK4 services.
* Maintain client data and document relevant insights in internal systems to ensure alignment across teams.
* Work closely with internal teams on pricing models and proposals, ensuring high-quality service delivery meets client expectations.
* Lead contract negotiations, manage renewals, and ensure agreement compliance to avoid service disruptions.
* Oversee high-level service review meetings, coordinating internal teams and presenting service reports to senior stakeholders.
* Address complex client escalations promptly, driving resolution efforts and maintaining trust during challenging situations.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of:
* Experience within the technology, broadband, or telecoms industry, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues/clients.
* Strong skills in building and nurturing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who understands business needs.
* Knowledge of contract negotiations and managing renewals, including the financial implications and profitability.
* Data-savvy, with the ability to analyse performance metrics, spot trends, and drive improvements.
* Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams like sales, operations, and customer success for seamless service delivery.
* It is desirable to have prior experience in account management and any extra languages are beneficial!
