We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Konsolute. In this role, you will focus on providing technical support and expertise across Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure infrastructure. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of cloud environments, while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Work directly with clients to understand their technical needs, provide guidance on best practices, and deliver tailored support solutions
Conduct regular health checks, audits, and assessments of client cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security
Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to deployed services on the Microsoft 365 and Azure platform
Manage and support enrolled end-user compute devices
Monitor and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
Analyse trends and metrics to identify potential risks or areas of improvement in cloud operations
Maintain detailed documentation for support processes, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices
3+ years of experience in supporting and managing Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
~ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, identity, and monitoring services
~ Proficiency in managing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for device enrolment, compliance, and security policy management
~ Proven experience in incident management, support processes, and operational excellence
~ Strong customer service orientation and experience in working directly with clients in a support or consulting capacity.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, such as the security policies and packaging of complex applications
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Security and Compliance feature set
Experience of supporting end-user compute devices such as those running Windows and iOS in a managed environment
Experience of supporting Azure infrastructure
Experience of supporting Azure applications hosted on Azure (PaaS, IaaS and SaaS)
Experience of supporting containerised applications hosted on Azure such as Docker containers and / or Kubernetes solutions
Microsoft 365 / Azure / Power Platform certification
