Responsibilities Review and analyse sales forecasts and break these down by both customer and product to give recommendations and flag any risks in the numbers Historical cleansing activities to ensure better statistical forecasts Phase in/phase out maintenance, master data maintenance in the local forecasting system Updating the system with forecasts where necessary Support the Demand Planning Manager in the monthly demand reviews with the sales managers Weekly revision of overselling and underselling SKUs Support with regular reporting and communication relating to forecast accuracy in respect of the demand plan vs business targets Any other ad hoc tasks Skills A minimum of one years Demand Planning experience is required Experience working for a consumer goods company desirable Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and able to multi task Experience with analysing data within a Demand Planning position Able to do routine tasks Intermediate excel skills (V Lookups/X Lookups, Pivot Tables, If Statements, Sumifs) Experience working with SAP, highly advantageous Good communication skills, both written and verbal Able to communicate with stakeholders across the business at different levels LI-LR1 LI-LD1 TTI-EMEA If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us
